We have investigated the in vivo transcriptional signature in dendritic cells (DCs) from mice immunised with VLPs containing distinct classes of nucleic acid and correlated the expression patterns with the efficiency of induced T cell responses. Overall design: Female C57BL/6 mice were immunised with Qbeta VLPs contaning B type CpG, ssRNA, empty VLP. 24h later splenic cDCs were purified and processed for RNA extraction
