We investigated the effects of six years of repeated annual aboveground biomass removal on bilberry functional traits, growth parameters, and soil characteristics in the alpine zone of the Jeseníky Mts (Czech Republic). Twenty paired plots (10 managed, 10 control) were established at 1440 m elevation. We measured morphological characteristics, functional leaf traits, and soil parameters.
