Plasmodium falciparum raw sequence reads from northwest Kenya

This project aimed to assess Plasmodium falciparum parasite populations to learn more about malaria transmission. Samples were collected from August 2018 to December 2019 in Northwest Kenya. Polymorphic gene segments of circumsporozoite protein (csp) and apical membrane antigen 1 (ama1) were genotyped.
