Gene expression in amygdalin-treated C.elegans

This project aims to identify genes regulated by amygdalin treatment in C.elegans. Total RNA extracted form N2 control (M9 treated) and amygdalin-treated (2 mg/ml on NGM for 48 hrs) animals were subjected to RNA sequencing for analyzing gene expression. Raw sequencing data for the controls were deposited in SRA under the Bioproject accession PRJNA827259 (SRR18779825, SRR18779824 and SRR18779823). Only data for the amygdalin-treated samples are included here.
