TMSIM-500

This dataset consists of trademarks that are involved in European opposition cases dealing with likelihood of confusion or double identity under Article 8(1) EUTMR. Each row in this dataset contains one category of consisted goods or services that is compared to the goods and services on which the opposition is based. Furthermore, each row contains the visual, aural and conceptual similarity of the two trademarks that are subject to the respective opposition case. A row also contains the earlier mark's distinctiveness and the degree of attention of the relevant target public. The data is taken from 500 opposition cases involving either two word marks or two figurative marks. In case of figurative marks, the respective marks are stored in the images folder.

本数据集收录了涉及《欧盟商标条例（European Union Trade Mark Regulation, EUTMR）》第8条第1款所规制的混淆可能性或双重同一性纠纷的欧盟商标异议案件中的涉案商标。本数据集的每一行均对应一个商品或服务类别，该类别需与异议所依据的商品或服务进行比对。此外，每行还记录了对应异议案件中两枚涉案商标的视觉相似度、听觉相似度与概念相似度。同时，每行还包含在先商标（earlier mark）的显著性，以及相关目标公众的注意力程度。本数据集的数据源自500起商标异议案件，这些案件均涉及两枚文字商标（word marks）或两枚图形商标（figurative marks）。若涉案商标为图形商标，则对应的商标图像将存储于images文件夹中。
