根据国家标准或客户要求对生产的每件产品进行生产后的检验，分析本批次产品的合格率，以便于掌握生产情况，并对不合格的产品及时返工或报废处理，严格把握好企业产品的品控，避免出现不合格产品流入市场的情况。1、数据采集：采集产品检验时间、生产批次、每批次数量、合格数量、不合格数量、返工数量、报废数量情况；2、产品检验：以国家标准为准则，对触头盒产品的外观、尺寸、耐压、局放、X光透视情况进行检验，每件产品的合格判定规则：检验项目中有一项不合格，则判定为此产品不合格；3、数据处理：每批次产品合格数量（Y）/总数量=合格率，不合格数量（N）/总数量（A）=不合格率，批次合格的判定规则为：合格率=100%为本批次合格，合格率＜100%为本批次不合格。4、数据运用：通过检验数据，更直观地掌握生产情况，对合格产品进行发货，对不合格产品进行返工或报废处理，严格依据标准做好企业品控，避免不合格产品流入市场。

Data Processing: For each batch, calculate the qualification rate as qualified quantity (Y) / total quantity, and the unqualified rate as unqualified quantity (N) / total quantity (A). The batch qualification judgment rule is: a batch is qualified if its qualification rate reaches 100%, and unqualified if its qualification rate is less than 100%; 4. Data Application: Grasp the production status more intuitively through the inspection data, ship qualified products, rework or scrap unqualified products, strictly implement enterprise quality control in accordance with standards, and prevent unqualified products from entering the market.
