EggNOG mapper was used to map ontology and orthogroup annotations from Viridiplantae (taxonomy ID: 33090) with percentage identity, minimum % all set to 30. BLASTP best hits from Arabidopsis (Araport11) and M. polymorpha (v6.1) were obtained by BLASTP to the proteomes also included.
