This is a study of the impact of DCP1a and DCP1b on the global mRNA turnover. DCP1a and DCP1b were knocked out and their impact on half lives of mRNAs was assessed. Three replicas of each condition were generated. The control, DCP1a KO or DCP1b KO cells were labeled with 4SU for 4hrs. Control at 0hr was used.
