Winbugs model comparing accuracy of CT scan versus Ultrasound scan

WinBUGSs program and data fitting a hierarchical Bayesian model to estimate the accuracy in the absence of a gold standard of two modalities of surveillance (CT versus Ultrasound) for detecting complications of abdominal aneurysm repair. The program implements a model first described in Epstein et al, J. R. Statist. Soc. A (2014) 177, Part 1, pp. 153–168.
