18S and COI sequence data from cross-lab reproducible metabarcoding study

Samples were collected from 4 harbour sites (Aus, NZ, USA & Canada) and sent to 12 labs for 18S and COI PCR. The dataset is the demultiplexed (by lab) data from this study.\nLineage: The source material was homogenised and give to 12 labs for DNA prep and PCR extraction/amplification using both fused and two-step primers. The resulting DNA was sequenced at Guelph and Curtin. The sequence files were then run together through a CSIRO amplicon pipeline so that differences between labs could be analysed and reproducibility asssesed.
