We analyzed the effects of Zbtb46 induction in murine embryonic stem cell derived progenitors using a doxycycline-inducible transgenic cell line. Five-day differentiated embryonic stem cells were magnetically separated and the Flk1+ cells were further cultivated in the presence or absence of Zbtb46. To define the early impact of the transgene, cells were harvested after 24 hours; in addition, the transcriptomic profile was also determined after 3 days of differentiation. We employed a genome-scale gene expression analysis with RNA sequencing testing three biological replicates (together 15 samples).
