We found that different amino acids had different effects on the defense against Bacillus thuringiensis of diamondback moth, and one of the essential amino acids could significantly improve the survival rate of diamondback moth against Bacillus thuringiensis. At the same time, we found that a symbiotic bacteria of diamondback moth can also significantly improve the defense ability of diamondback moth against Bacillus thuringiensis. The purpose of this study was to study its mechanism at the gene level.
