In this study, we sequenced whole-exome pairs from 247 lung adenocarcinoma patients (the largest scale reported to date) to help gain more comprehensive insight into the genomic causes of this deadly disease. Using our large-scale genomic dataset, we discovered that the genomic landscapes differ strikingly according to the histological subtypes of LA.
