ISSUES OF UNIFICATION OF CIVIL PROCEDURAL LEGISLATION BASED ON INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

This article examines the theoretical, legal, and practical aspects of the unification of civil procedural legislation based on international standards. The study analyzes current trends in the development of civil procedural law, the compliance of the civil procedural legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan with international legal standards, the implementation of the principles of fair trial in civil proceedings, and the legal experience of foreign countries. Furthermore, it explores current issues related to the implementation of international legal norms into national procedural legislation and proposes scientifically grounded recommendations for improving civil procedural legislation.
