青藏高原的藏东南地区是重要的农业区之一,为探索多年来区域耕地土壤环境状况,本研究组于2021年-2022年7-8月前往林芝地区采集耕地土壤样品,在研究区的耕地范围内布设5km×5km的网格,选择典型样区布设样点,并采集0-50cm,每间隔10cm的土壤样品,将采集的样品运回实验室,一部分环刀内的样品经过烘箱烘干得到土壤容重数据,另一部分土壤样品经过风干,过筛,研磨等实验室预处理,将分装好的样品寄送进行土壤环境指标的测试。该实验结果数据为诊断区域及不同耕层的土壤健康状况。

The southeastern Tibetan Plateau is one of the key agricultural regions in China. To investigate the long-term soil environmental conditions of cultivated lands in this region, our research team carried out field sampling in Nyingchi Prefecture during July–August of 2021 and 2022. A 5 km × 5 km grid was deployed across the cultivated land area of the study region, and sampling sites were established in typical sampling plots. Soil samples were collected at 10 cm intervals within the 0–50 cm soil depth. All collected samples were transported back to the laboratory. A subset of samples stored in cutting rings was oven-dried to derive soil bulk density data, while the remaining samples underwent standard laboratory pre-treatment procedures including air-drying, sieving, and grinding. The pre-packaged samples were then sent for laboratory analysis of soil environmental indicators. The experimental dataset generated in this study is intended to diagnose the soil health status of the entire study area and different soil layers.
