Statistical analysis and raw data for Kono & Kanno (2025): Vocal quantity–quality relationships in mouse courtship USVs

This dataset contains all raw data (datasheets for statistical analyses), R scripts, and summary documents necessary to reproduce the statistical analyses presented in Figures 3–5 and Supplemental Figures S1–S4 of the manuscript “Linking Quantity and Acoustic Properties of Courtship Vocalizations in Male Mice” (Kono & Kanno, 2026), submitted to Behavioural Brain Research.

For ICR analysis (Figures 3–4, Figures S1–S2):

All statistical analyses were conducted using R (version 4.5.1) and are fully reproducible using the included scripts and datasets. The summary reports provide detailed outputs of Welch’s ANOVA, Holm-adjusted post-hoc tests, Pearson correlation analyses, ANCOVA, linear mixed-effects models, and diagnostic plots.
