MHF: minor haplotype frequency; H1, H2, H3, H4 represented haplotype1, haplotype2, haplotype3, haplotype4, respectively. S1, S2, S3 represented SNP rs870142, rs16835979, rs6824295, respectively. F(case/control) represented haplotype frequency in the cases and controls. OR (95%CI) and asymptotic P-value denoted haplotypic odds ratio and P-value in the haplotype association analysis. PFDR-BH denoted the P-value after performing multiple testing corrections with FDR-BH method.
