Skipper RNA-protein interaction profiles

Processed output from RNA-protein interaction tool Skipper including transcriptomic windows, repetitive elements, 75 nt fixed width finemapped windows, variable width and fixed width background windows, for both ENCODE eCLIP datasets and new translation eCLIP data.
