该数据集为南京市中心城区30m常住人口分布数据集，时间为2023年，数据以TIF格式存储。该数据通过一种基于建筑量加权服务潜力指数（BWSP）和地理分区采样的人口空间化方法生产，以基于位置服务（LBS）数据的分辨率为样本集生成的空间分辨率基准，构建以目标尺度（30m）格网为中心、样本集为控制单元的BWSP指数，实现了模型的跨尺度，进而提升了建模精度。This dataset is a 30-meter resolution permanent resident population distribution dataset for the central urban area of Nanjing, with a temporal reference of 2023, and stored in TIF format. It was generated via a population spatialization method combining the Building Weighted Service Potential Index (BWSP) and geographic zoning sampling. The method takes the spatial resolution baseline derived from Location-Based Service (LBS) data samples as the reference, constructs a BWSP index centered on the target-scale (30m) grid and taking the sample set as the control unit, achieving cross-scale modeling and thus improving modeling accuracy.
