Processed data and figure source data for a study of stage-coupled synergistic guilds underlying petroleum hydrocarbon degradation

This record contains processed data and figure source data associated with the manuscript entitled “Hydrogeological setting shapes the functional staging and vertical structure of synergistic microbial populations during hydrocarbon degradation”. The uploaded files include processed intermediate analysis outputs and figure input/source files used to support the main-text and supplementary figures.
