README file to the project files provided as supporting information to the manuscript “” August 12, 2026 Authors: Lorenzo Petrolli, Manuel Micheloni, Gianluca Lattanzi, Raffaello Potestio ============================================================ The dataset contains the following files: - the trajectories in the xtc_files folder (and the associated structure files) have been employed for the data analyses, and hold the coordinates of the sole nucleosome folds with a 0.5-ns stride - the nomenclature of the files follows the convention described in the main article, namely: "wt" stands for "wild-type", "ws" for "wild-type, hyper-salt", and "tt" for "tail truncation" - lastly, "dyad", "exit" and "root" refer to the sites of the double strand breaks
