This study aimed to compare the mechanisms of action (MOA) of similar natural compounds and observed the changes when they are mixed and used. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for albiflorin (10 uM), paeoniflorin (10 uM), combination of albiflorin and paeoniflorin (5 + 5 uM), and vehicle control (0.1% DMSO).
