This dataset is a college STEM-exclusive Chain-of-Thought (COT) text dataset. It covers a wide range of core and related college STEM disciplines, including College Chemistry, College Physics, College Mathematics, Discrete Mathematics, College Biology, Actuarial Science, College Accounting, Abstract Algebra, and Electrical Engineering. Each sample contains a complete STEM problem, a step-by-step Chain-of-Thought reasoning process, a standard answer and its detailed explanation, and boasts strong logical rigor, disciplinary professionalism, and suitability for reasoning tasks.
