Please note that this is part of a larger dataset used by researchers at our institute (National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies or GRIPS), and that only parts of the dataset relevant to our results are posted here. NetLogo code of our simulations is attached. Some part of the STATA code that is essential to replicate our estimation is also posted. Other data and code that are not posted here will be made available on request.
