25 subjects from the Milieu Intérieur cohort were harvested for 1ml of blood stimulated (in TrueCulture tubes) by 40 different immunogenic stimulis (viruses, bacterias, ligand, …). The concentration of 32 immune-related analytes (cytokins, chemiokins, …) were then measured by Luminex technology. The final table contains 1000 rows (25 subjects * 40 conditions) and 32 columns.
