These scripts and data set, used in the paper titled “Quorum sensing regulates a novel polysaccharide biosynthesis gene to control cell aggregation in Paracoccus denitrificans,” are organized into folders, each containing the original data used for the corresponding figure. Additionally, a separate ReadMe file is included within each zip file to provide a detailed explanation of the data structure.
