Jingchao Zhou & Tao Liu's original data This dataset provides a multifaceted characterization of soil organic carbon (SOC) across multiple soil samples, encompassing a wide range of biogeochemical indicators. The data were collected to support research on soil carbon dynamics, microbial community function, and the molecular composition of organic carbon in tea plantation soils. The dataset includes quantitative measurements of SOC content and stock, carbon functional groups determined by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, microbial biomass indicators via phospholipid fatty acids (PLFAs), extracellular enzyme activities, amino sugars, lignin-derived phenolic compounds, and related biogeochemical parameters.
