The article is devoted to the topical issue of the impact of globalization and digitalization on the psychological state of students. The positive and negative aspects of this influence, as well as ways to minimize negative consequences, are considered. The role of modern information and communication technologies in teaching students is highlighted. The importance of the formation of digital competence, the development of critical thinking and media literacy for the successful adaptation of students in the context of globalization and digitalization is substantiated.
Particular attention is paid to the study of the impact of globalization and digitalization on the identity, communication and social interaction of students. The risks associated with information overload, social isolation and cyberbullying are analyzed. Ways to minimize the negative impact of globalization and digitalization on the psychological state of students are proposed, including the development of critical thinking, media literacy, social skills and emotional intelligence.
Globalization and digitalization are complex and multifaceted processes that affect various aspects of student life, including their learning, communication, social interaction and psychological well-being. Understanding these processes and their impact on students is important for developing effective adaptation strategies and developing the educational environment.
It is important to take into account both the positive and negative aspects of globalization and digitalization in order to ensure their effective use and minimize potential risks to the psychological state of students. It is necessary to develop students' digital competence, critical thinking, media literacy, social skills and emotional intelligence to help them adapt to new conditions and successfully function in a globalized digital world.
Educational institutions should adapt the educational process to the digital environment and take into account the psychological needs of students in order to ensure their successful learning and development in the context of globalization and digitalization.
