Dataset: Impedimetric Aptasensor for Candida albicans Detection

This repository contains raw Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) data only acquired from DNA-based aptasensors designed for Candida albicans detection, comparing two-electrode (2E) and three-electrode (3E) measurement configurations.Measurements were performed on screen-printed gold electrodes (MICRUX S1PE-Au10C). For each sensor and experimental stage, 15 consecutive EIS scans were recorded to assess temporal stability (initial scan plus iterations 1–14). The frequency sweep comprises 51 logarithmically spaced points from 1 Hz to 100 kHz. Data are provided as individual CSV exports (one file per sensor, stage, and iteration).Sensors were exposed to complementary DNA (c-DNA) targets across 0.1–100 nM (0.73–730 pg/µL). The mapping between sensor IDs and concentrations for both 2E and 3E configurations, as well as the list of datapoints excluded in the associated manuscript analysis (outliers/low response), is documented in the included README.md.This Figshare deposit provides raw data only. It does not include processed datasets, fitted circuit parameters, derived metrics (e.g., Nyquist area, Rct extraction), statistical analysis outputs, or analysis scripts.
