该数据集对应的任务书考核指标为指标14.1：肢残运动员、残障人士动静态人体体型数据库，具体任务是为了解决肢残运动员，残障人士服装设计研发的结构舒适性和运动舒适性，通过测量，扫描等手段获取肢残运动员，以及残障人士的身体尺寸数据。该数据集包含200名肢残运动员、残障人士的人体尺寸数据，该数据集包含肢残人人体的服装用关键人体测量项目，如坐姿臀围、残端围等。该数据集从2019年至2021年，陆续采集了共计200名肢残运动员、残障人士的人体尺寸数据，采集地点为残障人士聚集地及国家残奥会集训队的集训地，采集方法为手工测量为主。

The assessment index specified in the project proposal for this dataset is Index 14.1: Dynamic and Static Human Body Shape Database for Athletes with Limb Disabilities and Persons with Disabilities. The core objective of this dataset is to resolve the issues of structural comfort and motion comfort in the design and development of clothing for athletes with limb disabilities and persons with disabilities, by acquiring body dimension data of this group through measurement, 3D scanning and other relevant methods. This dataset holds body dimension data from 200 athletes with limb disabilities and persons with disabilities, and covers key anthropometric items for clothing design targeting people with limb disabilities, including sitting hip circumference, residual limb circumference and other relevant measurements. The data collection for this dataset was carried out successively between 2019 and 2021, with a total of 200 subjects enrolled. The collection was primarily conducted via manual measurement, at locations including gathering places for persons with disabilities and training bases of the national Paralympic team.
