Oryza sativa cultivar:Kitaake Transcriptome or Gene expression

Transcriptome profiling of 9-day-old Oryza sativa japonica (cultivar Kitaake) seedlings, including wild type, single-mutant of OsSnRK1alphaA (Os05g0530500), and double-mutant of OsSnRK1alphaB (Os03g0289100) and OsSnRK1alphaC (Os08g0484600), under energy-sufficient (light) and energy-limited (48 hours of darkness) conditions. The goal of this study is to investigate the role of SnRK1 signaling in starvation response.
