The integrated system is one of the most important agriculture systems which is highly effective and productive. Understanding the microbial communities' composition of the integrated pattern is useful for preserve biological diversity and enhance the role of microbes in agroecosystem functioning. Rice-crayfish integrated system was taken as a sample which is one of the most representative modules of the integrated system. We sampled 16S rRNA genes from water (W), gut of crayfish (G), and soil (S) microbial communities in rice-crayfish integrated system (RC) and crayfish monoculture system (CM) at 6 developmental stages of rice, respectively.
