A database of kinase substrate target preference logos allows browsing, searching, or downloading target motif data for each protein kinase. These logos were combined with phylogenetic analysis of protein kinase catalytic sequences to reveal substrate preference patterns specific to particular groups of kinases本数据库收录激酶底物靶标偏好性序列标识图（logos），支持对每一种蛋白激酶的靶标基序数据进行浏览、检索与下载。上述序列标识图结合蛋白激酶催化序列的系统发育分析，可揭示特定激酶类群所特有的底物偏好模式。
