Leaf trait measurements of dominant plants of northern fescue grasslands in Riding Mountain National Park (Manitoba, Canada). Trait measurements were collected from naturally growing populations and relate to the leaf traits of dominant plants of northern fescue grasslands from historic vegetation inventories. Data serve to model changes in community trait composition of northern fescue grasslands following the removal of grazing from Riding Mountain National Park.
