Rapid and stimulus-specific deviance detection in the human inferior colliculus

Data and analysis code of the study Stimulus-specific processing of auditory deviants and repetitive stimulus sequences in the human brainstem. The dataset contains recordings of auditory brainstem responses (saved as .mat-files) to different chirp stimuli. Each stimulus was presented as high-probability standard and low-probability deviant to study the effects of probability encoding in the brainstem.
