This research investigated the rhizosphere bacterial communities across a complete rotation cycle of banana with different pineapple varieties. The analysis covered eight key phases, with soil samples taken at the seedling, vegetative growth, flowering, and maturity stages from different experimental plots in both the pineapple and banana seasons.
