Eukaryotic metatranscriptome

The eukaryotic mRNA were accumlated with poly-A selection method ; the sample coming from Oyashi region in March and May 2021. The samples were collected using Marine Snow Catcher including suspended and sinking particle fractions, in order to analysis the characters of eukaryote composition in sinking particle fraction.
