Neighborhood Watch

This dataset consists of small grass-root organizations formed in partnership with local law enforcement for the sole purpose of neighborhood crime prevention. In some instances, the neighborhood watch group may be the only resident-based effort that represents the neighborhood; in which case, the group may do more on behalf of the neighborhood than just focus on crime prevention.
