Neighborhood Watch

This dataset consists of small grass-root organizations formed in partnership with local law enforcement for the sole purpose of neighborhood crime prevention. In some instances, the neighborhood watch group may be the only resident-based effort that represents the neighborhood; in which case, the group may do more on behalf of the neighborhood than just focus on crime prevention.本数据集收录与当地执法部门协作组建的小型基层组织，其设立初衷仅为推进社区犯罪预防工作。在部分情形下，邻里守望小组（neighborhood watch group）或许是该社区唯一的居民自治行动载体；在此类场景中，该小组为社区承担的职责可能不限于犯罪预防工作。
