This collection is a selection of images from the Gerasa archive at Yale University Art Gallery, specifically those showing Camp Hill. They are published in the article:Raja, R. 2025. “The Organization Of Archaeological Fieldwork and Selective Publication of Findings as Appropriation of Knowledge: Observations on The 1931 Spring Campaign Gerasa,” <i>Journal of Urban Archaeology, </i>12.<br>The images’ figure number refer to how they appear in the publication, and the numbers in parentheses are the archival numbers.<br>The Gerasa archive has been digitised under the project "The Aarhus-Yale Digital Archive Platform for the Danish Inter-World War Archaeological Engagement in the Middle East", headed by Rubina Raja and funded by the Carlsberg Foundation.<br><br><b>Captions</b><br>Unless otherwise stated the images are courtesy of the Yale University Art Gallery.<br>Fig. 1 (b8B_285_b): View from the Temple of Zeus, looking north.
