We characterized genome expression at proteome level and correlated it with unbiased transcript expression data to obtain a dynamic view of early Arabidopsis flower development. Time-course experiment conducted using the pAPETALA1(AP1):AP1-GR ap1 cal floral induction system, that consisted of five subsequent days after the dexamethasone-induced activation of floral initiation. The experimental design included four complete biological replicates, for a total of six samples. Each experimental sample was used for both transcript profiling (RNA-seq) and shotgun proteomics (nLC-ESI-MS/MS).
