This dataset comprises the following four sub-datasets:(1) The complete set of AI terminology extracted by heterogeneous agents and their metric measurements;(2) Expert validation results on the ratings of sampled AI terminology;(3) A high-quality labeled training set of AI terminology (for fine-tuning SciBERT);(4) New AI terminology mined by the fine-tuned SciBERT.
