PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed winding motor for a power tool， capable of suppressing a size increase of the power tool. SOLUTION: The distributed winding motor for a power tool includes: a stator having a stator core in which a coil is wound by being distributed in a plurality of slots; a rotor having a shaft for rotating with respect to the stator to outputs a driving force for a working portion of the power tool; and an overlapping portion， provided separately from the shaft， arranged to overlap in an axial direction of the rotor with respect to a coil end of the coil protruding from the stator core in an axial direction of a central axis of the rotor.
