The dataset contains the input and output information necessary to reproduce and interpret the results from the study "A data-driven framework for assessing climatic impact drivers in the context of food security" which is currently under review in the Natural Hazards and Earth Systems Science (NHESS).

Crop.zip
Crop yield data for different dataset (IBGE, Paraná - Deral - and GDHY).
There two types of files. The ones with data from the specific dataset, and the ones startint with "dataset_". The ones that start with "dataset_" contain crop yield data with all database considered in this study.
historic_era5.csv
Contains climate indices calculated for each municipality using ERA5-Land data.
Each column has the name of the index. For more information on how the index was calculated, please, check the publication or reach me: marcosbenso@gmail.com
historic.zip
Contains ERA5-Land data (precipitation, tasmin, tasmax) aggregated at municipal level. Each file is a municipality and the name of the file is the IBGE code for that municipality.
This is a folder with data separated for calculating climate indices.
