This dataset contains anonymized data collected from fourth-year students at Nagasaki University in the academic year 2023, who provided written informed consent to participate in the study. The dataset includes:<b>Biochemical test results</b>: fasting and casual blood tests (e.g., triglycerides, HDL-C, plasma glucose)<b>Anthropometric and body composition measures</b>: height, weight, BMI, waist circumference, intra-abdominal fat area (IAFA)<b>Lifestyle</b><b> data from </b><b>questionnaire</b>: dietary habits (frequency of breakfast, dining out, alcohol consumption, smoking), physical and social activities, sleep habits, internet/gaming time, and psychological scale scores (mental health, sleep quality, IGDT-10, GAD-7).All data were de-identified prior to sharing, and no personally identifiable information (such as names or student IDs) is included. The dataset is provided in CSV format to facilitate reuse and reproducibility.
