Geosmin is an unpleasant taste and odor compound naturally occuring in some water bodies that requires treatment. It produces a musty, earthy smell and taste in drinking water; however, it is not harmful at levels present in drinking water. This dataset contains measurements of geosmin and water quality at a water treatment plant.
