Hospital Claims and Remittance Data

**Overview**
FinThrive’s Hospital Claims & Remittance Data contains multi-provider, multi-payer claims from primarily large 300+ bed acute care and teaching facilities; providing a high concentration of claims for oncology, cardiology, radiology, emergency medicine and rare diseases.

FinThrive also has remittance data available for 85% of our claims which are linked with a FinThrive unique patient ID. 30% of claims can also be linked to the associated Chargemaster data.

In total, FinThrive captures information from over 500 sites, with an above average distribution of large urban hospitals and teaching facilities across 44 states. Data is available weekly with a 7 day lag, and averages approximately 97 million annual encounters across 26 million unique patients per year.

All datasets are compliant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to protect patient privacy and FinThrive is token agnostic meaning we work with most major tokenization vendors or can use our own proprietary FinThrive token.
