Using the highly sensitive cricRNA array, we screened functional circRNAs in the human highly/low invasive HCC tissues, and the function of differentially expressed circRANs were analyzed by bioinformatics. The results revealed that circASH2 inhibits HCC metastasis by circASH2/YBX1/hnRNPs/TPM4 axis. In this study, 10 cases of HCC samples (including 5 highly invasive and 5 low invasive HCC tissues) were used to acquire the circRNA expression profiling.The definition criteria: Highly Invasive: a. tumor diameters were smaller than 3 cm; b. diagnosed as postsurgical metastasis or recurrence in three years, while Low Invasive: a. tumor diameters were larger than 3 cm; b. diagnosed as postsurgical metastasis or recurrence negative in three years. And, qRT-PCR was employed to confirm the results of circRNA microarrays.The functions of the differentially expressed circRNA were analyzed by bioinformatics methods.
