Dataset of Survival, CTmax, Offspring and Metabolites of Gammarus locusta under Different Temperature Regimes

This dataset contains raw experimental data from a laboratory study investigating the effects of chronic warming on male and female Gammarus locusta, a marine amphipod species collected from Ria de Aveiro, Portugal. Organisms were exposed for 21 days to four temperature treatments (16, 21, 26, and 31 ºC) to assess sex-specific physiological and reproductive responses to elevated temperature conditions. The dataset includes intertidal temperature records, survival data, critical thermal maximum (CTmax), wet weight measurements, reproductive output (offspring per tank), juvenile body length measurements, metabolomics sample metadata, and raw metabolite concentration data.
