Data Deposition: "A Possible Case of Hypertrophic Osteopathy in Osteological Remains Representing a Cattle Hide from a Roman Villa in England" μCT imaging was conducted to evaluate the volumetric manifestation of bone alterations. μCT imaging was performed using a Nikon XTEK XTH 225 kVp micro-focus CT system at the μ-VIS X-ray Imaging Centre (www.muvis.org) at the University of Southampton. Imaging was conducted at 150 kVp / 76 μA without any beam pre-filtration, with a voxel-edge size of 21.5 μm (cf. supplementary data for more details). Volumetric analysis and visualisation were conducted in “Dragonfly” (v. 2022.1; Object Research Systems (ORS) Inc, Montreal, Canada, 2020; software available at http://www.theobjects.com/dragonfly).
