The goal of this project was to make a reference assembly of Oryzias celebensis for genomic analysis in Adrianichthyidae fishes endemic to Sulawesi Islands. We sequenced and assembled the genome using PacBio and Illumina sequencing with Irys optical mapping. The scaffolds were subsequently anchored to 18 linkage groups by a linkage map.
